Описание
Improve is a bug report and change request data base. Users, customers, developers, testers, and project managers can record tasks for specific projects. The managers then assign these tasks to developers. After the developers have completed these tasks, the managers can test and close them. Customers, developers, and managers can monitor the progress of the reports/requests.
